From a Dream to a Trusted UAE Business Partner
Smart Brothers Corporate was founded by brothers Abdul Kader and Nisharudeen, with a simple belief — a great business idea deserves the right start.
Coming from a modest family in Tamil Nadu, India, entrepreneurship once felt like a distant dream for us. After gaining years of professional experience in the UAE, we decided to turn that dream into reality.In September 2022, with our savings, limited borrowed capital, industry experience and determination, we established Smart Brothers Corporate in Sharjah, UAE.
Our journey started with just two brothers and one client. That first client found us through social media, trusted us with his business setup, and later recommended our services to others. One referral led to another, and that trust became the foundation of our growth.
From the beginning, we believed that our responsibility should not end with simply issuing a trade licence. We wanted to support our clients throughout their business journey — from choosing the right business structure and completing government procedures to visas, documentation, compliance and ongoing corporate support.
Today, Smart Brothers has grown from two brothers into a professional team, serving clients across all seven Emirates of the UAE, with our presence also extending to Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India.
